Berkshire Corporate were introduced to the property, a dated and dilapidated bungalow by an agent, off market prior to the vendor considering selling.
It was apparent upon the viewing that the property had potential for planning uplift given the size of the plot, we could see the opportunity to add additional units to the site.
Berkshire Corporate agreed to purchase the property.
A planning application was submitted for 2 new build semi detached houses following the demolition of the bungalow. After some back and forth with the local council planning was approved and the site is due to be built in 2021 before being marketed for sale towards the end of the year.
